Return Policy

You must notify C SPA SUPPLY of any incorrect or defective products within three days of receiving your order. Once approved, you must return your order within 21 days of placing your order. The product has to be unopened, unused, and in sellable condition in order to get a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order at any point BEFORE it leaves our warehouse. As soon as it has a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.

Return acceptance is at sole discretion of C SPA SUPPLY. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

***Make special note: if the item is not packed correctly upon return and gets to C SPA SUPPLY damaged, opened, and unresellable, we will not be able refund you.

Implements Return

Due to sanitary reasons, returns will not be accepted and sales are final for all implements, such as tweezers, extractors, scissors, sterilizers, etc.

Equipment Return

All equipment returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returns must be pre-approved, returned within 21 days in the original box and in sellable condition.
Shipping charges are additional and non-refundable.
Save all packaging for returns and repairs.
Damages must be reported at the time of delivery.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Please allow 3 business days to process your order before it ships.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If boxes are found to be damaged or missing, it should be noted on delivery receipt before signing. Report any losses or damages to Customer Service. PLEASE ADVISE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ANY DISCREPANCY.

All orders will be shipped to the address that you enter on your order. PLEASE double check to make sure it is correct. Any error in information will result in LOST packages. Once it leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any control over where your package goes.

C SPA SUPPLY IS NOT REPSONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. It is your responsibility to make sure you are sending you package somewhere safe. Please choose signature required upon delivery, which is an extra cost to you, in the shipping options, if you have any uncertainty of your order being stolen.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged order, you MUST keep all packaging until the investigation is over. UPS, FedEX, or USPS will come to your salon to investigate the packaging to investigate into what happened. If you do not keep your packaging, we are unable to reimburse you for the damaged package. It leaves our warehouse intact and in the shape of what you see in our website, If you receive it any other way, the carriers have damaged it. They need to do their research and if they cannot it is out of our hands. All you need to do is keep the packaging.
